I drop in occasionally to post art. And I am most grateful to all who leave comments and feedback, and anyone who likes what I do, basically. I am starting to get deeper into art, so I may be posting stuff more frequently. Just thought I'd let anyone know.

Determination.

2 min read
(Totally NOT an Undertale reference...)

Anywho, I've got some 'splainin to do.

A while ago, a friend of mine asked me to draw their fursona as a request; I'd been drawing every night and getting better all the while. Even at some point, I felt like I was getting too good, too fast. Not to brag or anything.... But cerially, I was on a roll. I was drawing for a few hours every day, I was learning colors, but then it all came to a terrific halt. See, remember that request my friend asked me to work on? Well, I did. I spent twelve+ hours working on that drawing, and it was my most detailed drawing to date. Fact, I thought it was my best drawing EVER! But then... something happened. It was done, it was finished, yet before showing my friend, I felt like I wanted to add a little bit more 'style' to it, experiment a little. So, to do this, I opened my paintings settings on Colors! 3D for my 3DS and readied to copy it... but then I blanked. I don't know why, I don't how, but after 'copying' that painting, I went to work on it some more, yet it wasn't there. Only then did I realize I'd deleted everything.

Yup. Everything. Gone in three seconds. Aaaaanyway... I was devastated. In that moment, everything sucked. And for a long time after, drawing still sucked. Eventually I realized the only way I'd ever get back into drawing is if I created something which - in my eyes - would equal that lost drawing. So! Through a bout of self-loathing and moping, I pushed through with... DETERMINATION! Because I was filled with DETERMINATION!! Yeah... I love Undertale. In part, it helped me get back into drawing, mainly because, well, I just posted that drawing of Toriel and Sans a few hours ago, and that's the drawing I needed to draw to reassure myself that I could draw, that I! Am! An! ARTIST!!! *Dramatic music crescendo, crash of symbols, inspiration cliche, etc.*

That's all, I think. I'm just sayin' I'm back to drawing regularly now.

...DETERMINATION!

I wasn't even tagged for this, it just sounded fun. I guess? That, and boredom.

Using only song names from ONE ARTIST, cleverly answer the questions. Try not to repeat a song title. It's a lot harder than you think! Repost as "My Life According to [band/artist name]"

Pick your Artist:
I choose Galneryus! *moshes*

Are you female or male?
Child of Free

Describe yourself:
Glorious Aggressor! Nah, I'll settle with Dream Place. Ya'know what... let's go with New Legend, actually. Gotta feed my ego.

How do you feel?
Emotions. (Ha! Literalisms...) *That should be a word.*

Describe where you currently live:
A Far-off Distance

If you could go anywhere, where would you go?
Fairy Tale. (A cool one with high fantasy elements and stuff.)

Your favorite form of transportation:
Wings (Nuff said.)

Your best friend is:
The Guide (Who could it be?)

What's the weather like?
The Wind Blows

Favorite time of day:
The Sun Goes Down

If your life were a TV show it would be called:
No Exit (Help, I'm trapped in a television!)

What is life to you?
There's No Escape! (Kinda' sounds like my tele-show...)

Your fear:

The Nightcraver. (No idea what that could be, but it sounds menacing. ._.)

What is the best advice you have to give:
Struggle for the Freedom Flag ('cause reasons.)

Thought for the day:
Aim at the Top

How I would like to die:
Chasing the Wind (And run off a cliff or somethin', I dunno. It's a strange question.)

My soul's present condition:
Don't Touch (My soul... Mine.)

My motto:
Future Never Dies

I tag:
Blame Yourself (I did this...)

The Scoop

3 min read
It's been too long since I last posted anything, and this inactivity is kinda' lame, don't you agree? Well fear not, for there are many drawings to come, with significantly shorter wait.

Aaaaanywho, let's just get straight to it, eh?

So, just two weeks ago, my friend, Cody :iconuni-storm:, conceived a wondrous idea we have both agreed to follow for quite some time. He was inspired by some hourly comic thingamajig (or somethin') and approached me with a brilliant proposal. This idea? In two weeks, we would each write and produce a comic before posting it for all to see. The catch? None of us write our own comic. Say whaaaaaat?! Cerially, I love this idea.

Week one, each of us is required to write a short story for the other to transmute into a five frame comic, and we must supply our stories to each other on time. From there, the drawing begins. With the freshly written story-trade, we each begin to create a comic strip in correlation to how we view the story in our minds. The artist is given nearly complete freedom over how they'd like to represent the story as a comic, with the exception of a few set guidelines given by the writer. (Ex: Frame four must have a large tree or some other plant) However, the writer cannot force descriptions upon the artist. The characters the writer creates may be totally different than how they envisioned them, given the artist is free to draw them as they like. Some small details and important elements of the story can be described (Ex: A mystical scarf) for the artist to draw, but they must play a role in the story. This, too, is set within a time limit of one week, and as that week ends, we each post our comics for the other and all others to see, along with the story included in the description.

This first fortnight was an experiment, to see if we liked the idea, and after tonight, each of us have agreed to continue doing it. The purpose of this bi-weekly collaboration is to improve both our writing and drawing skills, as we each strive to better our last comic and story with an even greater submission. We hope to inspire others with our journey and welcome anyone who is interested to join. Trust me; it's a lotta' fun! Next weekend we will start a Facebook page dedicated to this project, perhaps even start a little cult following, and hopefully inspire others to join us on this artistic journey of literature and art. Soon as the page is up and running, I'll be sure to post a link for anyone who's interested in checking it out, themselves!

'Til next time... laters! : P

Questions for SOLIASSOUL!
1. Do you like Dragon Age? (if so name your favorite character)

Heck yeah, I like Dragon Age! As for a favorite character... I'd have to go with Cole from Inquisition. Or maybe Varric. He's pretty cool, too. He got me all emotional once. Once! It was a good scene. :'(

2. Do you think it's foolish to learn an language from a video game?

Not really foolish, but not really applicable to life, I guess? O.o I dunno. I mean, I kinda' know a little of the Dragons' Language from The Elder Scrolls, but not much. It'd be kinda' cool, I guess. You just gotta' find a bunch of buddies who speak it, too! XD My friend and I like to make up words when we biff it on our unicycles, and we're the only ones who actually know what it is we're saying. Mostly... Sometimes we don't even know!

3. Favorite animal?

Pfft! That's such a generic question, Freya. XD What were you thinking? But I suppose I have to... Okay, then, I'll say dragons, snakes, and dolphins. I really can't stop at one. And for all you people out there who're all, "Dragons don't count, they're not real!" ...Shaddup! That's all I gotta' say for that. XD

5. You didn't realize I skipped 4. did you?

Callin' it... Number four will appear later in this list. : P

6. You just went back to check right?

Nope! I've dealt with this black magic before and I have learned much from it.

4. If we were trapped together in a room for 24 hours what would we do?

XD With you alone in a room for 24 hours? The possibilities are endless! But in all honesty, I'd probably end up rambling about Legendz to you the whole time or, heck! Just showin' ya'! It's about 23 hours for the whole show, so why not binge it? XD

7. Oh look, there is 4.!

Called it. And before you start, yes I did see it BEFORE the last question.

8. Any regrets?

Sometimes we run out of peanut butter. Those are dark times. Dark times.... ._.

9. I AM ZIIIIIM

LET'S ALL SING THE DOOM SONG!!!

10. Yeah I can't think of questions very easily ._.
How bout this, give me an opinion of my Elvhen poem xD

Reading time! *Scavenges Freya's gallery* O.o Okay, I tried to find it, but I failed miserably. Forgive me! BUT! I did read that Escape from Reality poem, and I do like that one. It's got some nice diction and flows fairly well. Good message, too. I like it, anyhow. ^^

Jeez, that took longer than I thought! XD Okay, it's my turn. : P

This is no longer a questioning. It is now an interrogation. Heh heh....

ONE!

Two spacetrains leave their stations at exactly 6:33 and-a-half pm. One train is traveling south the other north, each railed on the same track, meaning a devastating collision is gonna' happen and everyone aboard will burn and die in a horrible ways. HOWEVER! You have a chance to stop this catastrophe from ever being by answering this simple algorithm. South Train is traveling at 400 billion miles an hour, while North train is sloggin' along at 6000. They are separated by a distance close to that of the sun's circumference (4.4 million km). But it doesn't stop there! Oh no, it gets better! You, in all your spontaneity, are somehow driving - yes, driving - an asteroid and fighting the denizens of deep space, when, suddenly, a call reaches you from across dimensions; a plea for help. Deciding it can't be helped - ironic, right? - you grab your zoomjuice from the Craggle-scarrbin Cafe' and ditch that space scum to carve out a reputation for yourself. Due to your hasty nature, you abandon the distress call before it could finish and never find out where the spacetrains actually ARE. All you know is they are both racing to the Grogarthal Theater to witness the sacred opening of Pluto Nash 3D. You, too, want a seat, but the longer you delay, the less chance you actually have of gettin' one. Now, you don't want the space cops ridin' up yo' backside, so you gotta' pilot your asteroid at a reasonable speed. And now for the question you've all been DYING - well, someone's bound to, anyway - hear; Stop the spacetrains or secure your seat for Pluto Nash 3D? Choose wisely, now.

TWO!

Big, fat and jolly just plowed over your dear, old mum with his sleigh. Mow him down with your weedwacker or join him in his conquest to enslave humanity and conquer EVERYTHING! Don't worry, though, you can be his pet or somethin'....

THREE!

Is any of this making sense? O.o

FOUR!

Is this supposed to make sense? O.O

FIVE!

Yup. You jsut raed tihs and you dndi't eeven qieuostn it, did you? Cool, eh?

SIX!

Fill in the blanks: A knight is sworn to _____. His heart knows only _____. His _____ defends the helpless. His _____ upholds the weak. His word speaks only _____. His _____ undoes the wicked.

Good. Now, then. Which character(s) from what incredible film says these words. Hint: There's more than one. Also, it's the greatest movie ever. At least, I think so, anyway.

"Look to the stars."

;_;

NEVES!

Emit rof sgniht ot teg detacilpmoc.... Tahw si ruoy etirovaf lamina?

EIGHT!

That was too easy. Now tell me are you enjoying this? You really shouldn't be. It's not fun at all.
*LIES! DON'T LISTEN!*
Ignore them. Ignore them all.
*RUN. NOW, RUN.*

NEIN!

Ja, Wir hast sprechen bin Einglish zu langen. Zeiten fur eine interessanten abfragen. (Umlaut...)

Bist du eienes lieblingsdingen umher mich?

...I guess I still remember a little bit of German class. Sweet.

ZEHN!

Where did you hide the Lucky Charms?

Whose fate to toy with next? Ah, yessssss.... These few, unlucky souls right here are now TAGGED by SOLIASSOUL. There is no escape.
